Full Cycle UX Research That Led To Subscription Lift for LittleLit AI

PROJECT SNAPSHOT

A full-cycle UX research and redesign project for LittleLit AI, an educational platform for children. The goal was to identify friction in the current experience, understand parent attitudes toward AI, and use behavioral + qualitative insights to inform a website and content redesign leading to measurable business growth.

I conducted competitive analysis, reviewed MS Clarity data, ran usability tests, and interviewed parents to understand their attitudes toward AI in children’s learning. Using AI to synthesize insights into detailed proto-personas, I led a website content and UX redesign that addressed user concerns—resulting in increased engagement and subscription growth.
