Hello I’m Juhee!

I’m a Design and UX Researcher who’s passionate about uncovering what matters to people and turning those insights into meaningful, user-centered experiences. My work lives at the intersection of exploration and execution from helping teams envision future product opportunities to refining digital experiences users interact with every day. Over the years, I’ve led research for everything from AI-driven services to physical and digital prototypes, partnering with product, design, and strategy teams to shape experiences that are both innovative and intuitive.

At my core, I’m a curious problem-solver, a collaborative partner, and a storyteller who cares deeply about the people behind the data. Whether I’m crafting a discovery sprint, testing prototypes in the field, or running concept tests through unconventional methods (hello, Google Ad experiments), my goal is always the same: build better, smarter, more human experiences.

When I’m not deep in research mode, you’ll find me chasing after my two little ones, painting walls or furniture, or getting lost in a good true crime documentary.
