I am a UX Researched based in the Bay Area. I believe in using empathy to create meaningful experiences for users. I enjoy connecting the dots, finding patterns and unearthing the ‘why’ behind people’s behaviors, needs and expressions. I thrive in collaborative, agile environments that tackle complex user problems.

1. PRODUCT DIFFERENTIATION AND PILOT STRATEGY FOR A HABIT CHANGE APP

Managed the post launch activities for a habit changing app, with the objective of defining and refining its features. Created a strategic framework for encouraging cross functional collaboration across the design and business teams. Designed research for gathering data from live users to ascertain efficacy and effectiveness of the app in influencing user behavior.
